Sarajane Goodfellow

Sarajane “SJ” Goodfellow is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and co-leads CBRE’s Downtown Denver Leasing Team, advising institutional owners on leasing strategy, asset positioning and value creation across the CBD, RiNo and Cherry Creek markets. With more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience, SJ helps lead new business development and portfolio execution across approximately 11 million square feet.

SJ brings a perspective that is uncommon in brokerage—combining deep agency leasing expertise with firsthand experience on the ownership side. Known for her market instincts, strong relationships and relentless execution, she translates investment objectives into actionable leasing strategies that drive results. Her high-energy, competitive approach and ability to navigate complex transactions have made her a trusted partner to owners throughout Denver.

Prior to CBRE, SJ served as Market Leader at Unico Properties, where she led leasing and asset strategy for a 4.5 million-square-foot portfolio across Colorado and Austin, Texas. Working directly with capital partners, she executed business plans designed to strengthen asset performance and create long-term value. Earlier in her career, SJ spent seven years with JLL’s Denver agency leasing team, focused primarily on Downtown Denver.

SJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where she competed as a Division I lacrosse player. She continues to bring that same competitive discipline and team-first mentality to her work today.

Outside the office, SJ can usually be found on a tennis court, traveling somewhere new or exploring Colorado with her husband and bernedoodle.
