Savannah Smith joined CBRE in Indianapolis in 2017 and moved to Houston in 2021. She has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in Industrial & Logistics servicing both Agency and Occupier clients.
Savannah has been involved in numerous transactions in the areas of tenant and landlord representation, building acquisition and disposition as well as land acquisition and disposition.
Since joining CBRE Houston, Savannah has been instrumental in growing her team’s agency portfolio. Her market knowledge and experience make her an integral part of her team and allow her clients to maximize savings and value across all aspects of their real estate holdings.
