Associated Office
Savannah specializes in office representation for best-in-class landlords and tenants locally and on the national level. Since joining CBRE in 2020, she has closed over 240 transactions totaling more than $1.1 billion in consideration and has established herself as a leading agency broker, representing 4M square feet of Class A product across South Bay and Greater Los Angeles.
On the tenant side, she represents Fortune 50 companies, global consumer goods and beauty brands, high-growth technology firms, and leading professional services organizations, including Cosm, L'Oreal, Unilever, Murad, Liquid IV, Smarty Pants, Faraday Future and Boston Consulting Group.
As an agency broker, she has represented landlords including Beacon Capital Partners, 3Edgewood, Continental Development Corporation, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Starwood Capital Group and Montana Avenue Capital.
Before CBRE, Savannah launched her career at Fox Sports across strategy and business development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast and Digital Journalism with an emphasis in Sports Media from USC.
