Schuyler Simons is an Investment Sales Analyst on the Retail Investment Sales team led by Jared Aubrey and Michael Austry, working on both multi-tenant and single-tenant property transactions. Schuyler is involved in the full investment lifecycle, including research, underwriting to client communication, facilitating due diligence, and transaction execution. She has been involved in over 100 investment sales transactions across 15+ states, representing over 2.7 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate. Her experience spans private investors, developers, family offices, funds, REITs, and institutional owners.
Additionally, Schuyler identifies and tracks new business development opportunities and manages the team’s client database. She is responsible for sourcing and compiling on-market and historical sales comparables across multiple tenants and markets. Schuyler works with the team’s marketing department to provide data sets, market research, property specifics, and team information for a range of materials including broker price opinions, offering memorandums, research pieces, and case studies.
Schuyler completed CRE Analyst’s CRE Fast Track program, further expanding her industry knowledge. This high intensity, interactive commercial real estate skill development program included learning industry and capital market benchmarks, abstracting leases and purchase agreements, valuing income producing and development properties, exploring the impacts of financial leverage, and modeling joint venture structures.
An Honors graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Schuyler is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and brings a hardworking and positive spirit, strong organizational skills, and a readiness to help her team succeed. Since relocating to Dallas, she has become involved in the local real estate community including NTCAR and TREC Young Guns.
