W. Scott Bradford is a Vice President with more than 25 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, including 20 years with CBRE. From the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Atlanta office in the Southeast Region, his practice includes, but is not limited to, the states of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Mississippi.
Mr. Bradford has experience performing all types of appraisal reports, as well as providing litigation support and testifying as an expert witness. His clients include financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate owners and attorneys. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including hotels and motels, multi-family residential, retail properties, factory outlet centers, warehouse/distribution centers and manufacturing buildings. As a member of the Hospitality & Gaming Group, Mr. Bradford specializes in the valuation of all types of hotels, with approximately 300 hotels appraisals completed in the past five years.
