Scott Chatwin is a Transaction Specialist who oversees the management of lease transactions and negotiation of property use agreements. Having formerly served as a Real Estate Manager, his previous experience comprises both retail leasing as well as valuation and appraisals. In addition Scott has worked as a Commissions Analyst where he partnered closely with finance and accounting to analyze, book and distribute commissions. This blend of skillsets within the real estate industry gives Scott the ability to view transactions from a variety of angles, resulting in insights which help guide his clients’ real estate decisions.
Scott is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Development.
