Scott Gabrielsen has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial office transactions throughout the Philadelphia Region for over 30 years and has a reputation for being one of the most active and highly respected brokers in the Philadelphia area.
His consultative approach has led to long-term relationships and a career representing tenants, investment clients and landlords in all facets of the commercial real estate process, on a local and national level. Scott continues to develop and implement short and long-term real estate strategies for a diverse client base that includes Global Tenant Representation of Duane Morris LLP and the sale of over 200 surplus locations for AmeriGas Propane.
Scott consistently performs for all his clients by working within the CBRE platform that remains the #1 real estate company in the Philadelphia region and the world.
As a landlord leasing agent Scott is a market specialist covering the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia, from Bala Cynwyd through the I76, Conshohocken, King of Prussia through the Rt. 202 corridor, Malvern, Exton, West Chester.
Scott personally performs all tours and has represented some of the most active real estate owners in the Philadelphia region including Amerimar, Brandywine Realty Trust, Buccini Pollin Group, DLL/Rabobank, Equus, Keystone Property Group, Maguire Hayden, MLP Ventures and O’Neill Properties Group to name a few.
Scott has represented the Robbins & Rubin families as the primary leasing agent at 555 City Ave Bala Cynwyd for over 25 years. He lives in West Chester PA with his wife Cathy and their two sons Jimmy and Cole.
