Scott Garlick

Scott Garlick serves as an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team, assisting companies in developing and implementing real estate solutions that enable their business goals. From local transactions to global portfolios, Mr. Garlick has successfully completed more than five million square feet in transactions in North and South America, as well as EMEA and APAC.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Garlick served as the Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield Tampa Bay. In that role, he was responsible for the strategic growth and business development efforts for the firm’s Tampa office, as well as its various service lines. Before his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Garlick spent 12 years playing in Major League Soccer.

With a passion for delivering tailor-made results, Mr. Garlick uses data, technology and CBRE’S global platform to achieve exceptional outcomes for his clients.
