Scott Goldstein

Scott Goldstein rejoined CBRE in 2021 as Senior Vice President of the Occupier Services Group in South Florida. Over the course of Scott’s 23-year career he has represented a wide range of local, regional, national and multinational clients with their real estate needs. From one-off transactions to the management of a global portfolio, Scott’s experience and expertise, from strategic planning to implementation, allows his clients to effectively manage occupancy costs under operationally efficient space.

Before joining CBRE, Scott was with Colliers International as Executive Managing Director. Earlier, Scott served as Principal at Avison Young, sharing his expertise as co-Chairman of the Avison Young Tenant Representation Florida Affinity Group. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at The Staubach Company, and later JLL, as Senior Vice President in the South Florida region. Scott began his career with CBRE, where he became a Transaction Account Manager, recognized as the youngest employee in the history of the firm to achieve the position at that time.
