Scott Howard

Scott currently leads the Americas region for CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group. In this role Scott is responsible for the successful delivery of CBRE services across our clients and leading business growth initiatives. In his 18 years with CBRE, Scott has served in leadership roles across multiple service lines and geographies. Scott has a proven record of leveraging his keen insight and entrepreneurial mindset to introduce new services and capabilities to help his clients realize the potential of their real estate portfolios. Preceding the Americas data center business, Scott initiated and led CBRE’s EV charging business.

Prior to his divisional leadership roles, Scott served as Alliance Director for one of CBRE’s largest client relationships. Scott spent eight years on the account growing the team from 90 to more than 1,200 people delivering fully integrated real estate solutions.

In addition to his client service, Scott is a passionate advocate for talent growth and engagement. He has led several Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Learning & Development initiatives and focuses time on succession planning and mentoring.

Scott began his career as a real estate brokerage professional more than 20 years ago and held leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting and Equis prior to joining CBRE.
