Scott Kavanaugh currently serves as the Operations Director for CBRE’s Asset Services Group within the Southeast Region. His responsibilities include oversight of the transition of new management assignments, administration of the Environments for Excellence (E4E) Program, new employee orientation and training, implementation of new business technologies, and ensuring CBRE Global Standards are implemented on all CBRE managed assets.
Named the Real Estate Manager of the Year for the Atlanta market in 2008, Mr. Kavanaugh has experience managing a variety of office, medical, industrial, and retail properties in Atlanta, Georgia, and Columbus, Ohio. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In addition, as a member of BOMA, Mr. Kavanaugh served on the legislative committee as an advocate for building owners and managers at the state and local levels and as a judge for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) competition.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kavanaugh was a Property Manager with Duke Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for managing a 1.2 million SF Class A suburban office building portfolio.
