Scott Ketlinski is an Associate with CBRE's Advisory & Transactions Services Group operating out of the Boise office. Scott's primarily focused on Industrial sales and leasing throughout the State of Idaho, representing both institutional and individual owners with their real estate requirements.

Mr. Ketlinski prides himself on his diligent and strategic practice, as well as his dedication to client satisfaction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Scott was an associate to a local full-service commercial brokerage firm where he helped develop, lease, and manage dozens of properties throughout the Treasure Valley. Mr. Ketlinski is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate, and was a member of the Real Estate & Society program. Outside the office Scott enjoys skiing, golfing, and traveling with friends and family.
