Scott Lewis joined the Dallas office of CBRE Capital Markets after graduating from business school in 2000. Since then he has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions with an emphasis on institutional quality assets. Mr. Lewis represents some of the most prominent developers, pension funds, REITs and private equity investors in North America.

Mr. Lewis co-leads one of the leading commercial teams within CBRE. That team consists of five professionals with over 75 years of combined real estate experience. In 2014, Mr. Lewis was accepted into CBRE Institutional Properties, consisting of the company's top capital markets professionals.

Mr. Lewis is active within the commercial mortgage banking industry. In 2015, he was invited to join the Mortgage Bankers Association's Future Leaders Program. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for organizations including The Appraisal Institute of America, Trammel Crow Senior Leadership Conference and University of Texas Law Mortgage Lending Institute. He currently serves on State Farm's Correspondent Advisory Council.
