Scott Schnuckel

Mr. Schnuckel brings extensive experience and a proven track record in retail real estate. As Managing Director, he will prioritize the growth of our retailer business, expanding work with existing clients and supporting net-new growth. He will also work with other sectors across the business to ensure a seamless client experience, while refining CBRE Retail services and solutions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schnuckel served as Head of Real Estate at Kohl’s, where he led all functions of the real estate cycle, including new locations, relocations, redevelopment, lease restructuring and capital markets. His leadership resulted in significant growth and value creation, including dozens of store openings across multiple formats, over $300 million in disposition proceeds, and over $200M in value creation through lease restructuring. Mr. Schnuckel was also deeply involved in the Sephora partnership with his executive-level peers. His team supported Sephora-related projects at Kohl’s, including store selection methodology, sales forecasting and new store planning.

Mr. Schnuckel holds an MBA in Financial Strategy and a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is also a Trustee Board Member and 4 Under 40 Award Recipient from ICSC, and an Adjunct Instructor of Real Estate at Marquette University.
