Scott Sewell is a Director with CBRE Americas Consulting specializing in Occupancy Management. He leads the Industrial & Retail, Infrastructure and Energy, and Government & Defense sectors. With over 10 years of experience, Scott leverages data-driven insights to drive business growth and optimize client operations.
Previously, Scott served as the Senior Manager of Client Consulting on a Fortune 10 healthcare account. In this role, he strengthened client relationships and implemented portfolio strategies to optimize the value of a 33 MSF portfolio encompassing over 700 properties. He also provided strategic direction to the client's Global Leadership Team for their return-to-work initiative.
Before transitioning to consulting, Scott held various leadership positions and spearheaded strategic initiatives in the Government and Defense sector. Prior to joining CBRE, he began his career in medical device sales at Align Technology, Inc.
Based in Tampa, FL, Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
