Scott is a Director in CBRE’s Portfolio Technology practice, helping enterprise organizations use technology-led strategies to make smarter real estate decisions, improve performance, and unlock business value. With more than 10 years of experience, he advises clients across the following technology domains:

Scott has worked with clients across industrial and logistics, aerospace and defense, government, healthcare, and retail sectors. Prior to joining Portfolio Technology, he served as Director of Americas Consulting, partnering with Fortune 500 clients to improve performance through portfolio strategy, occupancy management, and organizational change. Earlier in his career, he led portfolio strategy for a Fortune 10 client with a 33-million-square-foot portfolio spanning more than 700 properties and advised executive leadership on return-to-work strategy.
Before consulting, Scott held leadership roles supporting strategic initiatives in the government and defense sector. He began his career in medical device sales with Align Technology, Inc.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
