Scott Siemens

Scott Siemens, MAI is a Vice President with Valuation & Advisory Services’ national Agriculture Valuation team. He has 13 years of real property appraisal and consulting experience and is located in the Minneapolis office in the Upper Midwest Region. Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Mr. Siemens was Vice President of the Commercial Division at The Appraisal Group in the Twin Cities. He has completed assignments in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Montana, Michigan, Virginia, Missouri, Florida, and Georgia. His geographical focus is the States of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Mr. Siemens holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. He is a 2018 CBRE RISE award winner and a 2017 CBRE Cornerstone award winner.

Mr. Siemens’ primary appraisal experience has been in the fee preparation of real property appraisals of commercial properties. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types, including: office, retail, industrial, multi-family, net-leased investment properties, residential and commercial land, agricultural properties, religious facilities, educational facilities, rail corridors, and other special purpose properties. Mr. Siemens also has appraisal consultation experience regarding a variety of property types.
