Scott Slappey is a Vice President in CBRE's Industrial and Logistics group. Specializing in tenant representation and corporate real estate strategy, Scott partners with companies to develop and execute real estate strategies that align with their operational and financial objectives.
With more than 10 years of experience, Scott advises occupiers at every stage of the real estate process—from strategic planning and supply chain analysis to site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations and portfolio optimization. By leveraging CBRE's global platform and local market expertise, he helps clients make informed real estate decisions that reduce occupancy costs while supporting long-term business growth.
Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and traveling.
