As Director, Transaction Management, Scott Solomon is responsible for leading the Accounts Management team in the US Healthcare sector. Scott manages several teams of Transaction Management professionals who assist clients with solutions to their healthcare real estate transactional needs.
During Scott’s career, he specialized in transaction management for multi-market occupiers. His background in healthcare, retail, industrial, and corporate real estate in all asset types allows him to leverage his experience and knowledge to the benefit of his teams. He has broad experience in acquisitions, dispositions, sales, buyouts, subleasing, as well as overall portfolio strategy.
He brings over 20 years of experience to national corporate real estate clients who benefit from his depth of knowledge in the full lifecycle of corporate real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining CBRE, Scott worked with many well-known companies in various real estate management positions, including Blockbuster, T-Mobile, and the American Cancer Society.
