Scott Nykodym provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to a multitude of public and private sector clients. Mr. Nykodym assists multiple global clients with portfolio analysis and strategic planning. In 2008, he obtained the LEED AP Credential for Commercial Interiors. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized green building certification system. Prior to CBRE, Scott held senior account management roles in both the data storage and document management industries.
