Sean Dodd is a Director of Transaction Management at CBRE, leading one of the firm’s top-performing multimarket teams. He specializes in occupier advisory and transaction services for private clients and public corporations operating worldwide. Sean is responsible for managing corporate accounts, specifically in the areas of contract negotiations, portfolio analytics, advisory services, technology implementation, and the execution of complex acquisition/disposition strategies.
Since joining CBRE in 2016, Sean has successfully completed domestic and international transactions on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and their subsidiaries. In 2019, he played an integral role in onboarding a 30 million square-foot multifaceted portfolio for a national account.
In his role, Sean has worked with such clients as ADP, AT&T, Caesarstone, DIRECTV, Frontier Communications, HBO, Paramount, Ross Stores, Turner Broadcasting, Verizon, Warner Bros. Discovery, WarnerMedia, WB Games, and Yahoo.
