Sean Kelly is a First Vice President with CBRE National Office Partners’ Florida Division, a fully integrated Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance partnership, and one of the leading Capital Markets partnerships in the country.

Based in Miami, the eight-person team advises the world’s most prominent real estate owners, operators, investors, and developers on the planning and execution of complex acquisition, disposition, and capitalization strategies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kelly has been involved in the successful execution of more than $5 billion of sales, financing, leasehold, and development transactions.
