Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly is a Vice President with CBRE’s Miami-based Institutional Group, a fully integrated Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance team, and one of the leading Capital Markets partnerships in the country. The seven-person team advises many of the world’s most prominent real estate owners, operators, investors, and developers on the planning and execution of complex acquisition, disposition, and capitalization strategies.

Sean first joined the Institutional Group as an intern while enrolled at the University of Miami. After graduating, he returned to CBRE as a Financial Analyst, and eventual partner, with the Miami-based Private Capital Group. In 2021, Sean rejoined the Institutional Group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kelly has been involved in the successful execution of more than $2 billion of sales, financing, leasehold, and development transactions.
