Sean Walsh is a Sales Associate in CBRE's San Jose office, specializing in industrial, flex, R&D and office properties throughout Silicon Valley. He advises both tenants and landlords on leasing and sales across San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Fremont, Milpitas and Newark, handling business development, market analysis, site selection and transaction management.
Prior to joining CBRE's brokerage team, Sean spent more than three years as a field research analyst on the firm's Silicon Valley research team, tracking market fundamentals across the region's industrial and office submarkets. That work gave him a detailed working knowledge of local inventory, pricing and tenant activity, which he applies to comps, pricing conversations and site searches for his clients.
Sean transitioned into brokerage in 2025_ and works closely with brokers across CBRE's Silicon Valley platform, drawing on the firm's research, capital markets and advisory resources for clients of every size. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Kinesiology, from San José State University's Lucas College and Graduate School of Business.
