Sean Wilson is a Transaction Manager in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, providing ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of properties on behalf of his clients. He prepares, recommends and implements portfolio-wide transaction strategies for acquiring real estate properties. He leads project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Sean manages field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals and new site acquisitions, early lease termination and more. He implements real estate plans based on a clear understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.

Sean joined CBRE in 2006.  In his previous role at the firm as a Transaction Specialist, he provided support in defining client real estate requirements; managed CBRE’s corporate real estate system by tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates and real estate assignments; assisted with local transaction implementation; and facilitated the closeout process.  Additionally, Sean provided transactional financial analysis support to the transaction management team, including cash flow analysis and participated in various types real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the transaction management team, Sean was a senior research analyst at CBRE where he led analyses and provided statistical reporting and market studies including analyzing leasing, availability and rental rate trends and their correlation with existing economic indicators to assess the Midtown South and Downtown office markets.  He orchestrated projects involving organizations such as the Downtown Alliance and publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and was responsible for filtering and synthesizing market data that was key to the publication of industry white papers.
