Prior to his career in brokerage, Shane served as a Senior Analyst leading CBRE’s Bay Area Life Science Research, delivering critical insights and strategic support to clients across the rapidly evolving life sciences and emerging technology sectors.
Shane specializes in representing emerging and high-growth office and life science companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a member of the Moran team, which currently represents more than 15 million sq. ft. nationwide.
Before joining CBRE, Shane worked at Marcus & Millichap Investment Services in the Palo Alto and Oakland offices, focusing on multifamily investment sales.
Shane grew up in Laguna Niguel, California, where he attended Dana Hills High School. He received a scholarship to swim for the University of California, Berkeley where he was a member of the 2019 Division 1 National Championship-winning team.
