Mr. McNulty joined CBRE in 1986, specializing in the sale and leasing of office/R&D buildings and commercial properties. Mr. McNulty started out as the Fremont office's "Rookie of the Year" in 1989, was a member of the region's "Top 20" in 1991 and has been recognized in his office's "Top Producers" every year since. He has negotiated over 800 sale and lease transactions.
