Shane Snow

Shane Snow is a Senior Associate in the Palo Alto office with over 4 years of experience. He specializes in advising tech, R&D, venture capital, and global occupiers on strategic real estate solutions. By exclusively representing tenants, Shane conducts a conflict free approach, ensuring his clients’ interests always come first.  Shane has a proven track record of driving new business growth, delivering strategic insights to C-suite executives and decision makers, and helping companies develop real estate strategies that align with their long-term growth. He excels in fast-paced environments and has a talent for problem-solving and execution. Prior to his current role, Shane worked as a broker at Savills and T3 Advisors.

Shane is a San Francisco Peninsula native and is actively involved in his family's foundation, The Snow Foundation, which raises awareness and funds for medical research on Wolfram Syndrome.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys golfing, skiing, and surfing, and is a former member of the University of Hawaii golf team.

Achievements

Shane graduated from the University of Hawaii with honors, earning a Cum Laude distinction. He was a member of the Division I Men's Golf Team and received the Big West Conference Commissioner's Highest Honor Roll in both 2016 and 2017. Additionally, he served as a representative for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
