Shannon Brown

Shannon Brown is a Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Office Leasing group, where she focuses on the leasing and marketing of commercial office buildings throughout the DFW metroplex. With nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Brown has represented notable owners including CBRE Investment Management, Trammell Crow Company, MetLife, JPMorgan, and Buchanan Street Partners to name a few. Working collaboratively with her ownership clients, Ms. Brown creates and executes customized marketing and leasing plans that positively impact her clients’ assets. Most recently and notably, Shannon worked on the repositioning of the Galleria Office Towers for CBRE Global Investments. Shannon, along with her team, executed 700,000 SF of deals and increased occupancy from 60% to 90%.

Currently, Ms. Brown handles the leasing and marketing of a portfolio that totals over 4.0 million square feet and includes Class A office properties located primarily in Far North Dallas / Lower Tollway submarkets, Central Expressway, Uptown and Preston Central submarkets.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2012, Ms. Brown was with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as a member of the firm’s agency leasing group, where she leased a wide array of projects including the Galleria Office Towers. Before JLL, Ms. Brown spent seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained experience in research, tenant and landlord representation.
