Shannon McMenomy

As a Sr. Director with CBRE's Capital Markets Operations team, Shannon provides strategic support within the Capital Markets line of business – property sales, financing, and investment banking. She partners with senior leaders and producers in their respective responsibilities and implementation of platform initiatives.

Shannon has been with CBRE since March 2010 and previously led the Business Intelligence team focused on improving and integrating CBRE’s analytical capabilities to provide exceptional client outcomes and unique business development resources. Her focus was to provide data-driven insights and conclusions in a manner that provided CBRE professionals and clients enhanced capital markets acumen.

Prior to that, Shannon was a director with CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Sales team in Northern California. In this role Shannon oversaw the financial output and production of marketing materials for the disposition of institutional assets.

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business, emphasis in Finance, from the University of San Diego
• Studies Abroad program at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain

Achievements

• Shannon has successfully underwritten more than $18 billion of commercial investment sales, performing financial analysis for assets totaling more than 90 million square feet combined.
