Sharada Sullivan

With 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, and operations, Sharada is a seasoned and strategic executive who leads with intention and drives results.

She currently serves as a Managing Director and Global Alliance Director for a global Fortune 500 safety and video solutions company, delivering their global real estate strategy and managing their global facilities, occupancy, energy, capital projects, leases and transactions. Prior to this role Sharada held numerous other roles within CBRE, including:

• Managing Director of Finance for GWS North, Central and Healthcare Sectors where she partnered with Sector Presidents to drive client account growth and expansion, led financial operations, reporting, planning and analysis for 35 regional and global Occupier clients and ensured the ongoing development of 200+ finance professionals.
• VP of Strategic Initiatives, America’s Advisory: Led cross-functional operations projects including right-sourcing, process automation, efficiency and new service delivery models. Key partners included Operations, HR, IT, CRE, Finance and Crisis & Risk Management.
• VP of Finance & Operations, Americas: Led a team of 1500 operations team members supporting $6B in annual revenue. Team supported day-to-day leasing and sales revenue operations, field office operations and accounting across 120 CBRE locations in the America’s.
• Sr. Director of Finance & Operations, Eastern Division: Partnered with Advisory market leaders in the Central and Eastern US to drive topline growth and margin improvement during a recession and into a period of intense growth.

Sharada joined CBRE in 2003 from Print, Inc (now part of Pitney Bowes) where she led sales support and marketing operations for the Chicago and Denver markets.
