Sharon Holmstrom joined the CBRE Norfolk office in March 2026, bringing more than two decades of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Prior to CBRE, she was part of Colliers International Virginia’s corporate platform beginning in 2019, following four years with the Colliers affiliate team in Norfolk. Sharon began her commercial real estate career in 2004 and has built a comprehensive practice encompassing landlord representation, tenant representation, sales, and dispositions. With a deep and nuanced understanding of the Hampton Roads market, Sharon is known for her strategic, “out-of-the-box” approach to helping clients lease, acquire, and develop commercial properties. Her commitment to responsive service, coupled with her ability to anticipate and address client needs, has earned her a strong reputation for professionalism, loyalty, and consistent results
