Shawn Childs, CCIM specializes in tenant, landlord, and corporate account representation services in the Seattle/Tacoma, national and global markets. Shawn focuses on user client services that include multi-market tenant representation, lease negotiations, comprehensive analysis, labor analysis, and site selection utilizing detailed market information to delivery data driven solutions.
Shawn is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A Certified CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Only six (6%) percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
Prior to joining CBRE, Shawn acquired extensive corporate logistics, transportation, contract negotiation, sales and marketing management experience while working as a Director at Amazon.com (1999 – 2007) and United Parcel Service (1988 – 1999).
