Shawn is a Transaction Analyst at CBRE in Atlanta, supporting corporate real estate clients through financial analysis, market research, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy. He is currently part of CBRE's Transaction Analyst Accelerator Program (TAAP), a three-month, in-person training program built to develop the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. Through hands-on work in financial modeling, lease analysis, client reporting, and strategic decision-making, TAAP is sharpening the technical expertise and professional discipline he brings to client work.
A native of Newport Beach, California, Shawn graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Economics, where he also played defensive tackle on the Division I football team.
