Sheera Riemer is a Vice President in CBRE’s Stamford office, where she works closely with Mike McCall, specializing in tenant representation and landlord agency leasing throughout Westchester County. With more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience, Sheera has successfully completed numerous lease transactions on behalf of both occupiers and property owners. Her diverse background provides clients with a unique perspective on complex real estate decisions, helping them align their occupancy strategies with broader business objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Sheera was a Director within Newmark’s Global Corporate Services group, where she managed a portfolio of 93 office locations worldwide and led transaction management and portfolio planning initiatives. In this role, she advised corporate clients on their domestic and international real estate requirements, including portfolio optimization and lease negotiations. Her client experience includes MKS Instruments, The Estée Lauder Companies, Nuance Communications, and Corning.
