Shelby is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in Columbus, OH. She provides her clients with first-class services, applying her +7 years of CRE experience and specialization in industrial & flex products. These services include collaborating with and organizing her clients’ real estate and business needs, and successfully implementing a crafted, informed real estate strategy.

Before her move to brokerage, Shelby worked as a Transaction Specialist for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shelby and her team provided strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries.

Prior to joining CBRE, she worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Henkle Schueler and Associates and a property manager at Philips Edison & Co.
