Sheree Griff leads CBRE’s Retail and Place Advisory platform across the Pacific Property Management business. The team delivers operational excellence for retail management across core and strategic partner clients, while also providing place-driven insights across all asset classes. Her team is focused on shaping places that go beyond functionality—creating immersive, connected environments that foster community, elevate brand presence, and drive long-term value for clients.
With a deep understanding of how people interact with space, Sheree brings a place-led lens to property management. She leverages data, behavioural insights, and global best practice to inform the design and evolution of precincts that are vibrant, resilient, and commercially successful.
As an expert in retail, she has a deep understanding of retail investment strategies, developments, and repositioning retail assets. This provides her with the knowledge and strategic foresight to anticipate market trends and deliver proven value to clients for sustained success.
