Sherrill Barrett joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 at the Philadelphia, PA office. She became a member of the Industrial Properties Group to participate in project management, business development and marketing interfacing as well as assisting in the leasing and sale of industrial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
During her 16 year career, Sherrill has worked as a team member with Bill Goodwin, Executive Vice President - Industrial Properties. She has worked in over 207 transactions involving more than 17 million square feet of building space and having an aggregate value of over $588,999,802. Included among her transactions are industrial land sales, the sale and lease of existing properties and build-to-suit projects.
