Shirley Lafferty

Shirley Lafferty is a Finance Manager within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services platform and more specifically, for the Cincinnati based Fifth Third Bank account.  Shirley is responsible for corporate budgeting, forecasting and overseeing all aspects of corporate/client accounting, billing and financial reporting.

Prior to joining the Fifth Third Bank account team, Shirley worked as a Regional Finance Manager for the Global Corporate Services East and then Central Divisions, providing oversight and support to the dedicated account teams in all areas of corporate and client accounting and finance.  Shirley first joined Global Corporate Services in 2004 as Senior Accountant and then Finance Manager on the American Financial Realty Trust/Gramercy account.

Prior to joining CBRE, Shirley worked in various real estate development and property management companies in finance and accounting.  These companies managed numerous commercial, retail and residential real estate partnerships.  Shirley was responsible for supervising and managing the general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow analysis, as well as GAAP and tax financial reporting for these partnerships.
