Shóna Martinez

Shóna Martinez is a passionate, motivated problem solver with a decade of experience in the real estate industry. To date, she has completed over a million square feet of lease transaction and sales in New Mexico, as well as worked with clients across three countries and four cities. Her areas of expertise include landlord representation, tenant representation, market analysis, sales representation, financial analysis, in-depth location analysis, lease negotiation and renewal, and space expansion/consolidation.

Shóna believes in building strong, trusted relationships with her clients and colleagues to facilitate lasting impact and growth. With business partner Scott Whitefield, SIOR, Shóna has been involved in many of the largest real estate transactions in the Greater Albuquerque area.
