Shóna Martinez

Shóna Martinez is a Senior Associate with CBRE and serves as Albuquerque Market Leader for the Albuquerque Office. As a passionate, motivated problem solver with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Shona leads her team with expertise and strategic guidance. She has completed over two million square feet of lease transaction and sales in New Mexico, as well as worked with clients across three countries and four cities. Her areas of expertise include landlord representation, tenant representation, market analysis, sales representation, financial analysis, in-depth location analysis, lease negotiation and renewal, and space expansion/consolidation.

With business partner Scott Whitefield, SIOR, Shóna has been involved in many of the largest real estate transactions in the Greater Albuquerque area.
