Sierra Uselton is an Associate with our Dallas team and specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation within the office & retail sectors. Sierra provides market research, site selection and lease negotiation services to ensure success for her clients. Sierra’s experience encompasses working with tenants, landlords, developers & institutional investors in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas markets and throughout the United States.
Prior to her current brokerage role, Sierra worked as a financial analyst with both CBRE & Newmark’s Institutional Investment Sales teams focusing on the monetization and strategic advisement of investment grade office, mixed-use & industrial properties.
