Since mid-2018, Sigrid Feder has been the Chief Administrative Officer for a CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) account for a large financial services account serving 39 countries and 26.5MSF. She is primarily responsible for account level initiatives and directly leading the accounts shared services, including Technology, Communications, Sourcing, Governance, Business Analytics, and Process Improvement. She started her career at CBRE in 2010 as the Alliance Director for the Tyco Account (US, 11MSF including critical environments) where her purpose was to match client needs and goals with the right CBRE service levels at the right cost. She and her team grew the business from an FM pilot to a full service GWS account (FM, PjM, TM, and PAS) over 5 years, in part by taking advantage of Tyco’s physical real estate separation from ADT delivering more than 200 projects using a combination of dedicated and variable staff over two years. After Tyco was acquired by Johnson Controls (JCI) in 2016, Sigrid transitioned to the Global Advisory and Transaction Director role and focused on integrating the two accounts and leading A&T globally for the JCI account. She is most proud of achieving Dark Green Leader status for a majority of her years at CBRE.

Prior to joining CBRE, Sigrid had a firsthand view of the challenges our clients face while growing her real estate career for 16 years at Citigroup’s internal real estate division, ultimately becoming the second-in-charge of the Latin America Region leading all matters related to Asset Management, Project Management, and Transactions (24 countries, $200MM Gross Expense, 200 FTE, 9MM square feet and 1,400 properties). She started her career as a CPA after working for a Big 4 accounting firm.

Sigrid enjoys networking within CBRE and Corenet. She is happily married with two adult children and enjoys walking, traveling, and reading.
