Associated Office
Simon Affi is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets' Debt & Structured Finance Team in Dallas. In his role, Simon supports the team's transaction and business development activities through underwriting analysis, financial modeling, lender outreach, and the preparation of marketing materials and client deliverables.
Simon works closely with the team's producers and fellow analysts to support the execution and marketing of debt and structured finance transactions across multifamily, retail, and industrial assets. His responsibilities include building and maintaining underwriting and debt models, managing lender outreach and response tracking, reviewing loan documents, and drafting client and lender communications.
Previously, Simon worked at Colliers on the Institutional Capital Markets team, where he supported investment sales of GSA, single-tenant net lease, multi-tenant retail, office, medical office, and industrial assets across the U.S., representing more than $1.2B in underwritten volume.
Education
Simon holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated in 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications from SMU, earned in 2024.
