Simon Gojcaj joins The Boyett Team of CBRE as Business Operations, providing essential support to the Boyett Team's 10+ agents in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of multifamily & ground-up development assets across the greater Los Angeles region. Working alongside John Boyett and the Boyett Team, Simon ensures seamless operations and client satisfaction, contributing to a group that has closed over $500 million in total consideration across more than 140 properties and growing. He is dedicated to delivering efficient, behind-the-scenes expertise that empowers the team to provide best-in-class transaction execution and advisory services.
Simon began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he honed his skills in commercial real estate. His transition to The Boyett Team at CBRE allows him to leverage the company's global brand and world-class resources to support high-impact deals in the multifamily sector.
Simon's success stems from his meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to excellence—qualities that enable him to anticipate team needs and streamline processes effectively.
