As the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s property management division for the San Francisco Bay Area, Simon coordinates the division’s approach to employees, clients, and operations – resulting in exceptional outcomes. The Bay Area’s property management team is responsible for managing an amazing array of commercial properties spanning retail, industrial, office, MOB and life sciences properties, which exceeds 50 million sq. ft.

In his career, Simon has worked across corporate, government and non-profit sectors, with direct experience in leasing, sales, development, project management and asset management. This enables him to seamlessly integrate strategy into a viable property level plan to ensure financial performance. Simon continuously seeks opportunities to test my skills in strategy, team building and financial growth.
