Sinclair Li is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Throughout his career, Sinclair has consistently demonstrated the ability to execute on a dime—a fundamental skill when working with clients operating in process-driven environments. His thorough grasp of all moving parts in every leasing transaction, coupled with his ability to attend to every detail, has delivered substantial savings for his clients.
Sinclair’s business model was born from an early career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank then Goldman Sachs. His financial acumen and strong industry relationships translated well when serving the real estate needs of financial services clients. Over the years, Sinclair has expanded his net to include a variety of client types, most notably within New York’s burgeoning TAMI sector. He has developed exceptional expertise in guiding these organizations through all stages of growth, from start-up to rapid expansion to later-stage growth and maturity.
In addition to mastering the technical skills of the business, Sinclair has developed an enviable personal and professional network that not only serves his own business, but the needs of others inside and and outside the industry. Along with a passion for real estate, Sinclair has an equally passionate commitment to the Marfan Foundation, an organization dedicated to furthering research and treatment of Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects the body’s connective tissue. In 2017, Sinclair was named to the Board of Directors and was the organization’s Hero with a Heart recipient.
