Sione Fua

Sione is a Vice President for CBRE specializing in industrial land, development, leasing, and capital markets. With seven years in the commercial real estate industry, he has established a strong reputation for delivering results across the Inland Empire. Known for his commitment to excellence, Sione is recognized among top performers in the industry, offering clients a comprehensive approach to industrial transactions and land development.

Sione’s expertise spans from site acquisition through the full cycle of development, sale, and leasing. He has been instrumental in representing both institutional and private landlords, ensuring clients receive a tailored approach to advisory and brokerage services across all phases of their industrial properties. He has successfully facilitated transactions covering significant square footage and acreage, showcasing a high level of skill and dedication to client goals. A large portion of his expertise is originating and structuring land assemblages for institutional landlords and transacting Industrial Outside Storage (IOS) facilities.

Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Sione was a professional National Football League (NFL) football player. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers Organization in 2011 and played for five years, including an appearance in the 2014 Super Bowl while playing for the Denver Broncos.

• Sione received his Bachelor of Arts from Standford University in 2011. He was also a 4-year letter winner and captain for the Stanford University football team.
