Sonila Salillari

Sonila Salillari is a BEng, PMP with an extensive background in Corporate Real Estate and a specialization in Asset Management. She currently serves as Technical Services and Asset Optimization Product Lead for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). She has spent over two decades implementing capital planning and asset optimization systems for diverse portfolios in North America, including both public and private sectors by introducing various product offerings. Sonila is skilled at explaining complex technical issues and concepts in a way that is easy to understand and has offered consulting services and corporate training to help establish a customized capital asset system. In addition, Sonila has assisted multiple organizations in creating strategic delivery plans for their various business units and has a track record of implementing transformations, building effective organizational structures and skill sets, and developing retention strategies. During her time at CBRE, Sonila managed one of the largest Global Workplace Solution accounts, Infrastructure Ontario, and provided a variety of integrated services, including Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Sourcing, Data Analytics & BI, and more.
