Spence joined CBRE when the company acquired Trammell Crow Company. He began working with Trammell Crow in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager. Mr. Harber works on the Bank of America account, serving as the Regional Manager for the North Region on the Major Renovation program. He directly leads a team of six Project Managers who manage all major renovation projects from Virginia, North to Maine, in the eastern half of the US.

Mr. Harber has over 26 years experience managing the delivery of Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies, including Exxon Mobile, Pitney Bowes, CVS pharmacy and Coldwell Banker.

Bank of America Account

Regional Manager, New England, joining the account in 2006, managed the regional office as well as all retail project management programs through out the New England region including; Major Renovations, Infrastructure Projects, ATM’s, Premier Banking and Investment Centers, and Mortgage projects.

Exxon Mobil Account

Senior Project Manager responsible for the development of scope, preparation of budgets, training of Project Managers and start-up and management of the Project Management program for the renovation of approximately 2,200 retail store locations throughout the United States.

Pitney Bowes Account

Senior Project Manager responsible management of all programs including, annually, approximately 70 new, renovated and expanded corporate offices and showrooms throughout the United States. Approximate value of Pitney Bowes projects completed annually was $10 million.

CVS pharmacy Account

Senior Project Manager, developing renovation programs, creating project management manuals, training of Project Managers and managed programs. Programs included; Major and Minor Renovations, Pharmacy Upgrades and multiple store initiatives. Typically 8,000 – 10,000 store projects per year – includes multiple programs and initiatives per store, per year.
