Spencer Hawkins is a First Vice President at CBRE specializing in Office Tenant Representation. As a true tenant advocate, he has progressively developed a reputation for unparalleled service, aggressive advocacy, and economic insight. During his time in the industry, Spencer has built a diverse client base, assisting companies of many different industries and sizes in Charlotte and across the US.
Prior to joining CBRE in early 2017, Spencer spent 6 years with Trinity Partners where he was responsible for co-leading the firms Office Tenant Representation team. Focused on bringing value to clients through each step of the transaction, Spencer leads his clients through a comprehensive process to help clients make the best and most informed real stated decision possible. However, it’s Spencer’s ability to create his clients leverage and lead them through a tactical negotiation that truly sets him apart from the competition.
