Sriram Rajan joined CBRE as part of the National Retail Partners Florida Team in 2014. In his role, Mr. Rajan participates in financial modeling, property valuation and underwriting, facilitation of buyer due diligence and investment marketing. Prior to joining CBRE, Sriram was a Lease Abstractor and Lease Administrator for Regency Centers in Jacksonville.

Mr. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
