The team of Traci Buckingham Payette, Stephanie Park, and Rowan McDonnell have over 44 combined years of experience representing logistics and manufacturing clients all around the world. They focus on serving the real estate needs of industrial clients and working with a company’s operations, logistics and finance divisions to drive operational efficiencies. Their experience spans across all transaction types, including dispositions, acquisitions, leases, build-to-suits, and investment sales resulting in over $25 billion in consideration. The team is based in Chicago and utilizes their experience, as well as power of the CBRE platform in order to deliver successful results to their clients.
